When you use the booking form, the site collects the name, phone number, optional email address, selected service, and vehicle details you provide. This information is used to respond to your request and coordinate a possible appointment.

Attribution and device context

The site may record the page where your visit started, referring website, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, pages viewed during the session, approximate time on site, browser language, time zone, device user agent, and screen or viewport size. This context is attached to a submitted inquiry so the business can understand how the request arrived and troubleshoot form delivery.

Website analytics

Google Analytics may be used on the production website to measure page views, interactions, and lead events. It can process device, browser, referral, campaign, and approximate location information and may use browser storage where permitted. Analytics is disabled on staging and preview copies of the site. In regions where consent is required, analytics and advertising storage default to denied unless consent is provided.

Spam prevention and delivery

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to distinguish legitimate requests from automated spam. Appointment requests are delivered through an email service provider and may also be copied to the agency’s secured lead-management system when that integration is enabled.

Storage and sharing

First-touch attribution can be stored in your browser’s local storage and session details in session storage. Inquiry information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the request. It is not sold.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting the form and call the shop directly. You can also clear local and session storage through your browser settings.
